"Payment options feel outdated"
I tried ordering a knife, but the checkout options were so limited that I just gave up. There wasn’t an easy wallet payment option, and the whole process felt kind of behind the times. Maybe it was just my order, but if checkout is this awkward for something simple, I can see other people abandoning their carts too.

"Good brand selection, but a little all over the place"
I checked out Knife Country mostly because they carry a wide range of brands, that part was nice. I came across a few names I don’t usually see on other sites, which made me feel like I might miss out on something if I didn’t at least look around.

The downside is that the browsing experience felt kind of messy. Some brands had a ton of options, while others had barely anything, so it was hard to tell if I was finding the best stuff or just wasting time digging through uneven listings.

It’s not a bad place if you like comparing brands and don’t mind being patient. I wouldn’t want to skip it completely because of the variety, but I also wouldn’t call it the easiest site to shop. I’d say 3 stars feels fair.

The knife itself was okay and looks fine, but the box it came in was dented some and had like dirty spots on it. Not a huge problem, just not super nice to open, I guess.

"Slow replies and not super helpful"
I emailed them about my order, and it took a while to hear back each time. When they did reply, the answers felt brief and didn’t really clear things up. Not sure how to explain it, but it just felt like I wasn’t getting much help. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it was definitely frustrating.

A few parts of the site felt kind of light on details, like I wanted just a bit more information before feeling comfortable. "Decent selection, but not the odd blades I needed"
I stopped in looking for a couple of specialty knives, and while the regular selection was actually solid, the more unusual blades were hard to find. It felt like they had a lot to choose from, but also not really what I needed, if that makes sense. Not a bad place, just a little disappointing for anything less common.

"Something felt really off"
I ordered a Benchmade i felt uneasy as soon as it arrived. The knife just didn’t feel authentic to me, the packaging looked strange, and the serial number didn’t line up with what I was expecting. I reached out to support hoping for some reassurance, but the reply was short and didn’t really give me any proof or peace of mind. It was disappointing and frustrating, and I definitely won’t be buying from them again

"Backorder Update Circus"
I ordered a knife and only afterward found out it was backordered, which was a fun little surprise from the “communication champions.” I had to keep reaching out just to get basic updates instead of them letting me know what was going on. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but the whole “guess what’s happening with your order” routine got old fast.

The box came in all beat up, and at first I thought maybe it was just a rough delivery, but the packaging itself wasn’t great. I was going to say it was okay, but no, it really should’ve been packed better

"They sent the wrong knife"
I ordered one knife, but a completely different model showed up than the one listed in my order email. Even the box label was wrong, so I’m not sure how that slipped through. I reached out to customer service and it felt like nobody actually read my message because they asked me to send pictures just to prove what I had already explained. It took a while to get a response too. Frustrating when you wait for something and it’s not even the right item.

"Tracking just sat there with no answers"
I ordered from Knife Country and the tracking was the most annoying part. It just sat on the same status for days, same wording, same timestamp, like nobody had scanned it or touched it since. I kept checking the little details, the carrier page, the order page, even the date on the label, and nothing actually told me where the package was.

I tried to be patient and figured maybe it would update overnight, but it never really changed. For an online order, I don’t think it’s asking too much to have tracking that shows something useful. Not knowing if it shipped, got stuck, or was just sitting somewhere made the whole thing frustrating, and I wouldn’t order from them again

"Still Waiting on My Order"
I placed my order about two weeks ago, thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but I’m still waiting. I’ve checked for updates a few times, and there hasn’t really been anything helpful. At this point, I just wish they’d give me a clear idea of where my package is or when it’s actually going to arrive.

"Stock info was a bit off"
I ordered a knife that was listed as in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. That was frustrating because I could have just bought it somewhere else. To be fair, the refund did come through, but I do think the site needs to keep its stock info more up to date. Not the worst experience, just kind of annoying.
